More information

Can high schools serve as school sites for lower-grade programming?

Yes. However, the use of high schools may likely be limited to serving middle school students rather than younger elementary students.

Would it be possible for another school leader & team to lead the work if we open our doors?

Yes. We are looking for space to ensure every child who wants to participate in Indy Summer Learning Labs can.

Will a budget need to be submitted with the application?

Yes. We’ll ask questions in your application about planning, budgeting, staffing, capacity, safety, and what you need to be a partner with Summer Learning Labs.

What are the next action steps for schools?

The application is now closed. Schools that applied will get next steps from the ISLL team in the coming weeks.
