With extensive experience in instructional leadership, curriculum planning, and teacher coaching, Stanley has a proven track record of implementing data-driven strategies to enhance student achievement. Recognized as the 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year, Stanley was also selected as an Indiana Equity Change Agent through TeachPlus, leading an equity initiative that improved academic performance by over 10%. Holding a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and a strong background in business and leadership, Stanley is committed to creating a culture of learning, empowering educators, and driving continuous academic improvement.
